SECTION 1 — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all photobooth rentals provided by Astro Views Photo Booth Rentals LLC (“Provider,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a photobooth, submitting payment, or signing any related agreement, the Client (“Client,” “you”) agrees to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental date.
1.2 The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the event.
1.3 If final payment is not received on time, we may cancel the booking without refund of the deposit.
1.4 Accepted payment method: Credit card only.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: The deposit is refunded, and any additional payments are returned.
2.2 Cancellation 7 days or less before the event: The 25% deposit is non-refundable, but any remaining payments will be refunded.
2.3 If the Provider must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client may receive a full refund or reschedule to an available date.

3. Event Requirements

3.1 Client must provide: A minimum space of 9 ft x 9 ft and one 110V outlet within 15 ft

A safe, dry, stable indoor-compatible location unless otherwise approved

3.2 Client must ensure the venue allows photobooth equipment and photography.
3.3 Setup requires 1 hour and teardown requires 45 minutes.
3.4 Client must supply venue access instructions, load-in details, and restrictions at least 7 days prior to the event.

4. Equipment Use & Damages

4.1 Client ensures guests use the photobooth respectfully and safely.
4.2 Client is financially responsible for any damage caused by guest negligence, misuse, or intentional harm.
4.3 Lost or damaged props/backdrops may incur replacement charges.
4.4 Children must be supervised.

5. Service Interruptions

5.1 Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by venue power issues, unsafe conditions, or guest interference.
5.2 Provider will make reasonable efforts to restore service if equipment temporarily malfunctions.
5.3 If downtime caused by Provider error exceeds 20 minutes, a pro-rated refund may apply.
5.4 No refund applies if downtime is caused by guest misuse or venue conditions.

6. Photos, Videos & Digital Files

6.1 Delivery of prints and/or digital galleries depends on the selected package.
6.2 Digital files will be delivered within 5 days after the event.
6.3 Provider retains backups for 30 days after delivery.

7. Photo Usage & Privacy

7.1 Provider may use event photos for marketing unless the Client opts out in writing before the event.
7.2 Provider will never sell images or use them in ways that violate privacy.
7.3 Guests entering the booth give implied consent to be photographed.

8. Liability

8.1 Provider maintains general liability insurance.
8.2 Provider is not responsible for injuries caused by guest behavior or unsafe venue conditions.
8.3 Client agrees to indemnify the Provider against claims arising from guest actions or venue conditions.

9. Overtime

9.1 Overtime may be added at $150/hour, subject to availability.

10. Weather & Outdoor Use

10.1 Outdoor setups must be pre-approved and require full cover, stable ground, and power access.
10.2 Provider may refuse operation due to unsafe or poor weather without refund.
10.3 Provider may pause or stop service if weather threatens equipment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
